- To provide the high quality TVET programmes in accordance with the needs of the local labour market with a focus to educate and train the students to become highly competent human resources essential for the socio-economic development of the country.
- To enhance cooperation between institute and industries to best fulfil the industrial needs and promote the higher employability of the students.
- To create the flexible learning pathways and life-long learning opportunities for students and employees in the region in accordance with their interests, abilities and individual goals.
